6.2 Installation and connection
Fit the handle (B) to the pressure tank (A) with the screws supplied.
Connect the 10 m whitewash extension hose (K) to the removal ball valve (I) and connect the enclosed spray fitting (L) to the hose.
6.3 Preparation of the device
• Only operate the spray device in the upright position.
• Before commissioning, check that the cleaning cap (J) and the removal ball valve (I) are closed.
• The exhaust ball valve (E) must be open.
• Check that the funnel (D) is securely screwed to the pressure vessel.
• Check the device for damage each time it is used.

CAUTION!
Handling the device and the media used may cause hazards that can result in physical injury.
It is therefore imperative that you observe the safety instructions in these instructions for use and the notes below.
• Only operate the spray device in the upright position.
The spraying process is triggered by pressing the actuating lever on the spray fitting.
The spraying process is immediately interrupted by releasing the lever.

CAUTION!
Health hazard due to leaking media. It is therefore imperative that you observe the safety instructions in these in-
structions for use and the notes below. Observe the applicable laws and specifications of the media manufacturer
when disposing of residual quantities.
• Fill the medium to be sprayed through the funnel (D1).
• Close the exhaust ball valve (E).
• Maximum fill volume:
with compressor: 35 l
without compressor: 25 l
• The residual volume is needed as an air cushion.
• Adjust the pressure regulator on the compressor to an operating pressure of 2-3 bar.When
using the optionally available pressure regulator (article number 296017), the operating
pressure is set directly on the pressure vessel.
• Connect the compressor to the plug nipple (H) and fill the pressure vessel with compressed air.
• Briefly lift the sealing ball (D3) using the ball until the compressed air flowing in seals the
pressure vessel in a self-holding mode.
• Connect the hose on the spray fitting to the removal ball valve (I).
• Open the removal ball valve (I).
• The sprayer is now ready for operation and the filled medium can be sprayed.
• If necessary, use the extension pipe and elbow.
