SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Read all instructions before assembly and use of the high chair. Keep instructions for future use. WARNING BEFORE ASSEMBLING THIS HIGH CHAIR, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions Do not leave children unattended. The harness must always be used and correctly fitted - most injuries from high chairs are caused by falls. - Page 3 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Read all instructions before assembly and use of the low chair mode. Keep instructions for future use. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Age Group: under 36 months Not recommended for a child under 12 months of age. DO NOT leave children unattended. The harness must always be used and correctly fitted - most injuries from toddler chairs are caused by falls.

- Page 6 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Front Upper Legs and Footrest... Locate the two front upper legs. Ensure they are the legs that have the pre-drilled holes in the front of them. Line up the screw and the hole and turn clockwise until the leg is firm.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Rear Upper Legs... Locate the two rear upper legs. Line up the screw and the hole and turn clockwise until the leg is firm. Repeat for opposite side. IMPORTANT! Do not over-tighten. The chair should resemble the image as shown. To assemble Bottom Legs...
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To convert to Toddler Seat... The high chair can also be converted into a low chair toddler seat version. Unscrew the four bottom legs from the four upper legs. Using the screwdriver (not supplied) remove all four plastic feet from the high chair legs.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To attach and adjust Feeding Tray... To attach tray; align the tray with the arm rests, pull lever underneath the front of the plastic tray while sliding tray along armrests to desired position. Release lever. To adjust tray; Pull lever underneath the front of the tray and slide forward or backward to desired position.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Harness Restraints... To secure child in harness, push buckle (a) and (b) into the buckle housing (c) until the buckle prongs snap into position. Carefully adjust the harness by pulling the slider (d) until the desired fit is achieved in the lap, shoulder (e)and crotch (f) strap.
