Operation 4. OPERATION 4.1. Qualified Operator Lever puller operators are required to read and fully understand the operation section of this manual, all warnings contained in the manual, and labels attached to the equipment. Operator training must be provided to ensure proper operation of equipment in compliance with instructions provided by the equipment manufacturer and the provisions of ASME B30, and proper rigging procedures for the attachment of loads to the puller. - Page 9 Operation This unit comes with extra shear pins located in the Pull the wire rope through by hand to take up the handle.
