MOUNTING/ REMOVILNG DRILL BIT
WARNING!
use! Never use a drill bit intended for working on wood for
working on steel or vice versa! Observe the technical
requirements of this product when purchasing and using drill
bits! Some drill bits become hot during use, handle them
carefully! Wear protective gloves!
Insert the Chuck Key (provided with the product) in one of the
holes on the Chuck (1) and turn it counter-clockwise to open the
jaws of the Chuck.
Insert a suitable drill bit. Keep the bit straight as you turn the key
clockwise to close the jaws of the chuck.
Once tightened, visually check to see if it is in straight. If not,
repeat the process and straighten the bit. When it is straight, use
the chuck key to tighten the chuck.
To remove a bit, insert the key in a chuck hole and turn it
counter-clockwise until the jaws open and release the bit.
