- Page 4 7. If you want to use the Kettle again, allow the thermal safety switch to cool down for 15 – 20 seconds then depress the On/Off Switch to the On position. If the On/Off Switch does not remain in the ‘On’ position, the Water is hot enough to use without reheating.
- Page 5 Descaling Under normal use, mineral deposits will form on the inside of the kettle. Scale, which has accumulated inside the kettle must be removed by boiling equal parts of white vinegar and water (250 ml / 1 cup of each is recommended). Once the mixture has boiled, allow to stand several hours or overnight.
