BEDEUTUNG DIESER ANLEITUNG Diese Anleitung ist für den Betreiber und/oder Wartungstechniker der Mühle bestimmt und ist als deren wesentlicher Bestandteil zu betrachten. Diese Anleitung soll Informationen über die korrekte Verwendung der Mühle und die richtige Wartung liefern und die Sicherheit des Bedieners gewährleisten. Diese Anleitung muss während der gesamten Standzeit der Mühle aufbewahrt werden und ist jedem anderen Betreiber oder neuen Eigentümer weiterzugeben. - Page 40 BETRIEBSANLEITUNG EINFÜHRUNG Dieses Gerät ist in der Lage, sehr exakte Dosierungen vorzunehmen, da diese aufgrund der Mahldauer erfolgen. Bei Inbetriebnahme der Mühle muss diese auf die Eigenschaften des verwendeten Kaffees in Bezug auf Zusammensetzung, Röstgrad und Frische eingestellt werden. Um dafür zu sorgen, dass die Extraktion des Kaffees optimal verlaufen kann, ist es notwendig an der Mühle den richtigen Mahlgrad und die passende Portionsgröße einzustel- len.
