• Is the power adaptor disconnected from the wall socket?
• Is the power adaptor connected to the rear of the unit?
• Is the socket switched on?
• The base cover may not be installed correctly, try to remove and
reinstall.
• Ensure the filters are clean and the packaging was removed from
the filter cartridge.
• Ensure that the filter cartridge is installed.
• Set the unit to high fan speed.
• Investigate if the air purifier is used in a room matching its size
and enough operation time is allowed for larger rooms.
• Check if the packaging from the filter cartridge was removed
during the filter change.
• Air inlet or outlets may be blocked. Remove any obstruction and
try again.
• Ensure the unit is on a flat solid surface.
