Heart rate

Click the middle button on the heart rate interface or press the up button for 3 seconds in
any interface to turn on the heart rate.
The default screen that appears represents the unmeasured heart rate display ("- -").
After measuring the heart rate, the watch will the display heart rate in real-time. Long press
the middle button to stop the heart rate measurement and the interface displays the latest
measured value.
If the unmeasured heart rate display appears again, the measurement has failed, and the
last recorded value will be displayed.
If the recorded heart rate exceeds 217 or falls below 57 BPM, the exclamation will appear to
alert that the heart rate value is too high. A prompt message will appear, and the watch will
vibrate. Click to cancel the notification, otherwise the message disappears after 1 minute of
no operation.
When monitoring the heart rate in real-time, the abnormal heart rate alerts will only occur
once per minute.

Sport data

Steps
Steps: the maximum displayed value is 99999. If the step count
exceeds 99999, it will then roll back over to 00001. This value can also
be checked in the application. When the number is only 1/2/3/4 digits,
the number is displayed in the centre.
Distance; the maximum displayed value 99.99. If the distance exceeds
99.99, it will then roll back over to 00.01. This value can also be
checked in the application.
Calories; the maximum displayed value is 9999. If the calorie count
exceeds 9999, it will then roll back over to 0001. This value can also be
checked in the application. When the number is only 1/2/3/4 digits, the
number is displayed in the centre.
