- Page 8 APP CONNECTIVITY Download the CO FIT app Download the CO FIT app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play store, or by scanning the QR code below. The CO-FIT app supports iOS 11.0 and Android 5.0 and above. Pairing Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Page 9 Sync data • Open the app to synchronise data between the app and the watch, including calories, heart rate and sleep. Note: App interface may continue to change with future updates and may differ on different phone operating systems.

- Page 11 • Go to Me > Settings and enable ‘Auto data sync’ to automatically synchronise data from the watch to the app. Note: Enabling auto data sync will increase power consumption.
