The Activ5 Challenge™ is a specially designed, six-week
program that coaches users through three, 5-minute
workouts per day.
Using the science of isometrics and optimizing each
workout to your personal strength, Activ5 will coach you
through a transformational workout that will help you
gain strength, build muscle and lose weight.
As nutrition is an essential part of any fitness program,
follow the Activbody Nutritional Guidelines to get the
most out of the Activ5 Challenge. It's particularly import-
ant to eat a protein rich diet to help your body repair and
build muscles.
NOTE: The Activ5 Challenge includes some of our Advanced exercises, so
we recommend consulting your physician before you start the program. If
you are new to isometrics, consider working out with Activ5 once or twice
a day for a few weeks before starting the Activ5 Challenge.
