    Preface This service manual provides information to verify the performance, calibrate, troubleshoot, disassemble, and replace parts on the TBS1000C Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes. Unless noted otherwise, the term "oscilloscope" refers to all models in the TBS1000C series. Manual conventions This manual uses certain conventions that you should become familiar with before attempting service.
