CARE AND MAINTENANCE

This product requires periodical maintenance.
Cleaning and maintenance operations must be carried out

PLAYPEN
The playpen's structure does not boast removable lining:

Clean the plastic components of the playpen on a regular
basis, using a wet cloth. Dry the metal parts to avoid the
formation of rust. Check the playpen on a regular basis to

make sure there are no worn or deteriorated parts; in this
case, do not use it.

ASSEMBLY AND USE

Remove the product from the box. Place it in vertical posi-
tion as shown in figure 1.
Unfasten the straps in Velcro located on the external part of

the mat. Remove the playpen from the mat.

With the product in vertical position, grab the two upper
opposite sides at the centre (figure 2). Lift them until lock-
d
ing them in horizontal position (figure 3a). Repeat the op-
h
eration for the other two sides (figure 3b). Push the central
part of the playpen's bottom downward, until the locking
es
position. Make sure that all four sides are properly locked:
with your hands at the centre of the upper sides, exercise a
light pressure downward.

Cover the upper edges in plastic with the fabric, hooking
the two sides using the Velcro strap (figure 4).
Introduce the mat inside the playpen, paying attention that
ys
the moving lateral band (C) is positioned towards the play-
pen's wall where the Velcro straps are located (see figure 5).
Fasten part to the playpen's wall using the Velcro straps as
shown in figure 6.
A playpen's side in mesh, that can be completely opened
thanks to the specific zipper (figure 7): the child can be eas-
ily enter and exit the playpen.
WARNING: when the child is inside the playpen, the zipper
must be completely closed with the slider in lower position
as shown in figure 8.
REMOVABLE LINING
To remove the mat's lining, proceed as follows.
Extract the mat from the playpen, position it with the
printed side facing the floor. Unfasten the Velcro straps
on the rear (figure 9) and remove the four wooden staves
from the relative pockets (figure 10). Now the mat is ready
to be washed. Once the mat is completely dry, reposition
the wooden staves in the relative pockets on the rear, and
fasten with the Velcro straps. Re-position the mat on the
playpen's bottom.
FOLDING THE PRODUCT
To fold the product, proceed as follows.
Remove the mat and the toys from the playpen. Lay the
mat facing upwards on a horizontal surface and fold the
soft lateral band (C) towards the interior (figure 11). To fold
the playpen more easily, unfasten the Velcro straps on the
upper edges of the playpen and remove the two fabric
edges.
Lift the central handle located on the mat's bottom up-
ward, by approx. 30 centimetres. By keeping the handle
lifted, press the buttons located on the playpen's upper
sides one at the time (figure 12).
WARNING: the folding buttons are located in the lower side
of the tubes, exactly at the centre of the latter; to facilitate
folding, grab the side as shown in figure 12, and once you
find the button, press it thoroughly.
Bring closer the legs to the centre until reaching maximum
compactness (figure 13).
Place the folded playpen on the mat. Wrap the mat around
the playpen and fold it, threading the Velcro straps in the
plastic rings (figure 14).
A fabric handle is located on the external side of the mat
(figure 15) in order to transport the folded product.
