4.8 Storage
* After using your barbecue, close the gas supply and let the barbecue
cool down.
* Remove the gas cylinder.
* Store the barbecue in a well-ventilated area and keep children away
from the device.
* Do not place easily flammable products under the barbecue.
* If you choose to store the barbecue outdoors, use a cover to protect
your barbecue from the weather. If stored outdoors, the cover should
be removed regularly to avoid excessive condensation (resulting in
oxidation) of metal parts.
* Allow the barbecue to cool down before putting on the cover or moving
the barbecue.
4.9 Use
* The barbecue becomes very hot, use heat-resistant gloves when using
the barbecue. Do not touch the barbecue without proper protection.
* Use suitable barbecue tools to prepare food on the barbecue.

Maintaining your barbecue

Important:
NEVER leave the barbecue outside uncovered. Water may collect
in the barbecue, undercarriage or grease tray. If the grease tray has
not been cleaned after use and the barbecue is not covered, the
tray will fill with water, causing water and grease to flow into the
undercarriage. We recommend that you clean the grease tray
after each use.
5.1 Cleaning
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents on the barbecue. These can
scratch and damage the surface.
* Heat the barbecue by turning on the main burners to the highest setting
and then closing the lid. Do not turn the infrared burner(s) on!
* Heat the barbecue for 10 minutes to 250°C.
* Turn off the burners and allow the barbecue to cool down before cleaning.
