5.10 Spiders and insects
Spiders and insects may nest in the burners of your barbecue, which
means that the gas can escape out of the front of the burner. This is very
dangerous and may cause a fire behind the control panel. This will damage
the barbecue, which will consequently no longer be safe for use.
We therefore recommend to check the barbecue for spiders, insects and
their nests at least once a year (mainly after a long period of storage).
You can do this by dismantling the burner tubes and blowing into them or
brushing them off.

If, for whatever reason, you want to dispose of the barbecue, please observe
the following guidelines:
* Deliver the barbecue to the local service charged with collecting discarded
household appliances. Consult your municipality for the location of these
collection points.
* This barbecue is marked according to the European directive 2002/96EG
on waste electrical and electronic equipment. The Directive sets out the
standards for collection and recycling of waste equipment which apply to the
entire territory of the European Union.
