Drum grater

Before first Use
Clean all parts of the drum grater thoroughly as they come into contact
with food.
Operation
1. Place the base of the drum support on
a dry, stable and even surface. Turn
down the lever in order to fix the suction
surface on the worktop.
2. Select the desired drum and insert the
drum into the suitable opening. Attach
the crank to the unit.
3. Wash the fruits/vegetables and cut
them into suitable pieces, so they fit
into the filling tube. Place a bowl under
the opening to collect the cut food.
4. Fill the fruits/vegetables into the filling
tube and press them down with the pusher.
5. Turn the crank clockwise. According to the selected drum the food
will be sliced, rasped or grated.
Cleaning and Storing
Before first use, clean all parts of the drum grater in warm soapy
water and rinse all parts thoroughly. Dry all parts well before using.
Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order not to
damage the surfaces.
After preparing food containing salt or acid immediately clean the
grater.
When cutting staining food, like carrots or beetroot the plastic parts
may become discoloured. Clean these parts immediately with
detergent.
Store the drum grater out of reach of children.
