About Utensils and Coverings

The chart below will help you decide what utensils and coverings should be used in each mode.

Oven-proof porcelain, pottery, glazed earthenware and
bone china are usually suitable. Do not use the container if
it has a flaw.
Heat-resistant
Glassware
Care should be taken if using fine glassware as it can break or crack if heated suddenly.
Plastic/Polystyrene
Containers,

Silicone containers
(Cannot use the grill function
with the water grill) Use a
silicon container capable of
withstanding temperatures more
than 30°C higher than the set
oven temperature.

Do not touch the oven wall as it may be burnt. Keep the

Roasting bags should only be
used with Convection Oven.
