Use the system fault symptoms, advisory messages, G3000 initiated manual test results, and the G3000 Line Maintenance Manual recommended procedures to analyze the system fault and make a decision as to the best procedures to follow to correct the system problem.

Set the R PFD to the configuration mode as follows: Push and hold the right most softkey (No.12) and engage the R PFD circuit breaker. When the R PFD initializes and shows the 'INITIALIZING SYSTEM' message, release the softkey.

  • Page 41 MAINTENANCE MANUAL 20. Verification The Garmin 3000 System Software reports two numbers that uniquely identify the software configuration as it exists on the aircraft. These numbers are the SYS SW VERS (System Software Version) and the CONFIG ID, which are both found on the Aircraft Status Page of either GTC when powered up in normal mode.

At the "GARMIN Account Sign In" field found in the top right corner of the display, type in the username and password. For assistance with the username and password contact, Cessna Customer Service.
