Before first use
Wash, rinse and dry the metal filter
before first use.
How to use the metal filter for coffee
Place the metal filter on a container of
choice, like a cup or a jug. Brew the
coffee by placing the desired amount of
ground coffee beans in the metal filter.
Then slowly pour hot water through the
filter into the container. For best flavour,
the water temperature should be 92-96
°C.
Cleaning
Lift up the metal filter and empty the
ground coffee beans. All parts can be
machine washed. Used coffee grounds
may get stuck in the metal filter with
time, so be sure to clean thoroughly.
White vinegar can help loosen used
coffee grounds stuck in the metal filter.
Make sure to dilute with an appropriate
amount of water so as not to damage
the surface.
