Charging Your iPhone/iPod

Your iPhone/iPod has an internal non-removable battery, the battery may need to be
charged if the iPhone/iPod has not been used for awhile.

You can charge the iPhone/iPod through the unit automatically under the STANDBY or
POWER ON mode.
The iPhone/iPod battery is 80% charged in about an hour, and fully charged in
about a few hours. If you charge it while playing music, it may take longer.
• It is not recommended to charge when using the TUNER mode. It may
interfere with the reception.
• To avoid damaging your iPhone/iPod or the unit please take care when
inserting and removing your iPhone/iPod from the dock.
• The unit does not support charging 1
FM Operation
During POWER ON mode, tap the FUNCTION icon on the unit or press the FUNCTION
button on the remote control repeatedly to the TUNER mode to select a FM station.
Searching for a Station Manually
To tune for weak station, tap the SKIP/TUNE SEARCH

press the
buttons on the remote control continuously until you reach the
correct frequency or the reception is at its best.
Searching for a Station Automatically
Tap and hold the SKIP/TUNE SEARCH
•
buttons on the remote control until the tuner starts reverse/forward searching
for a station. After tuning into a station, the search stops.
•
The search may not stop at a station with a very weak signal.
Selecting Mono / Stereo
This unit can receive the FM mode only.
Tap the SELECT/MONO/ST. icon on the unit or press the SELECT/MONO/ST. on the
•
remote control repeatedly to select FM stereo/mono mode. The "
show on the display in stereo signals reception.
Select mono mode is helpful when receiving poor signal reception.
