Starting Decoding

Before staring decoding, check over the list of what to import.
Decoding starts.
This completes decoding.
Note
It takes time until decoding is terminated after it is started.
Until decoding is terminated, the chart may not be displayed normally, so make sure you
have plenty of time, and then start decoding.
