Coca-Cola recommends
Kay-5 Sanitizer, or a
®
comparable food-grade
chlorine sanitizer.
If using Kay-5 brand, add 1 oz.
packets of Kay-5 to 2.5 gallons
of clean, warm water in a clean,
5-gallon bucket.
CAUTION: When using
a chlorinated detergent
other than Kay-5, follow the
instructions to produce a 100
ppm chlorine sanitizer solution.
