Front suspension locking system (02_31, 02_32, 02_33, 02_34,

02_35, 02_36, 02_37)
The front suspension locking system simply prevents vehicle tilting when the «T »
switch is pressed. The vehicle can be stopped without your feet touching the ground.
The warning light «E» starts flashing when the ignition key is set to «ON». This means
that the system is enabled for locking activation.
When the «T» switch is turned to «1 » a continuous sound alarm signals that the
locking system is engaged and, at the same time, the warning light «E» turns on
steadily.
02_31
When the «T switch is turned to «2» an intermittent sound alarm signals that the lock-
ing system is disengaged and, at the same time, the warning light «E » starts flashing
again. The warning light «E» turns off when riding starts. This means that the system
allows for vehicle tilting.
Engaging roll lock is possible only if the following conditions occur at the same time:
Throttle completely untwisted.
Petrol engine rpm below 2,500 rpm.
Vehicle speed below 10 km/h.
Locking system WARNING light «Q » off (the system has not detected fail-
ures)
02_32
If one of these conditions is not checked, the warning light «E » remains off and locking
cannot be engaged (in normal riding conditions, the warning light «E» is off).
HYBRID MODE:
with the petrol engine on, system locked and warning light «E» on, the suspension
locking system is disengaged automatically and the warning light «E» turns off when
the throttle grip is twisted to start riding.
ELECTRIC MODE:
In the electric mode only, it is possible to make some small manoeuvres with the
suspension locked only in reverse gear. The system limits torque in this condition.
CARRY OUT THE MANOEUVRES WITH THE SUSPENSION LOCKED, KEEPING
YOU FEET ON THE GROUND. To release the suspension you have to turn the switch
