Yealink Cordless W60 User Guide

1. Turning Handset On/Off

a. To turn the handset on, place the handset in the charger
cradle. The handset will be turned on automatically.
b. To turn the handset off, long press the handset key

2. Locking/Unlocking Keypad

a. Long press the # key when the handset is idle to lock the
keypad
b. Long press the # key again to unlock the keypad

3. Placing Calls

a. Enter the phone number, then press the green handset
icon to dial out; or
b. Press the speaker icon to enter the pre-dialing screen to receive a dial tone; or enter the desired speed
dial number, then press the handset icon, speaker icon or OK button to dial out

4. Answering Calls

a. Press the Accept soft key; or
b. Press the speaker icon; or
c. Press the handset icon; or
d. Press the OK button

5. Placing A Call on Hold

a. While on an Active Call, press the Options soft key, then select Hold
b. To resume a call, do one of the following:
i. If there is only one call on hold, press the Resume soft key
ii. If there are two calls on hold, press the Resume soft key to resume the current call
iii. Press the Swap soft key to swap between calls

6. Blind Transfers

a. Press the Options soft key during a call, then select Transfer
b. Enter the (internal or external) number you want to transfer the call to
c. Press the Transfer soft key

7. Attended Transfers

a. Press the Options soft key during a call, then select Transfer
b. Enter the (internal or external) number you want to transfer the call to
c. Press the handset icon, speaker icon or OK to dial out
d. Press the Transfer soft key after the call is answered
