10. To re-install the driver disconnect the instrument from the PC. Then Go into Start\All
Programs\Convergence_Instruments\Instrument_Manager\Driver,
DDCI_Driver_Install.exe. This re-installs the USB driver.

11.3 Connection Problems

Failure to communicate with the PC can also be caused by poor USB cable contacts. Make sure the
USB connector is fully inserted into the socket of the meter. Inspect the inside of the socket in the
instrument. If dirt is lodged in the socket, use dry compressed air to expel it.
