Verifying Installation Tools
The installation tools needed to
prepare include:
 Phillips screwdriver (M3-M6)
 Flat-head screwdriver (M3-M6)
 Diagonal pliers
 Floating nut mounting bar

Controller enclosure (2 U)
Installation template (for 2 U devices)
Network cable
The above table only includes part of the materials to be used during the installation. For information about all the

Verifying Circuit Breakers
To prevent other devices connected to the circuit breakers from being
incorrectly powered off due to a power supply failure of the storage
device, you are advised to ensure that the electric current of the circuit
breakers of the external power supplies to which the storage device is
connected complies with the following specifications:
 Controller enclosure:
16 A (for AC power supplies) 32 A (for DC power supplies)
 Disk enclosure:
16 A (for AC power supplies) 32 A (for DC power supplies)
Disk enclosure (2 U)
Front panel (2 U)
mini SAS cable
