Not sure what model I currently have? VS2000 or VS 2001. I need to change the water diverter and I'm not sure how to get the diverter from this wall mounted unit.

Plumber's don't want to do this job. They say that they would have to remove the entire shower unit from the wall. Any suggestions would really helpful at this time.
