Safety information

To ensure safe operation of the appliance, follow the safety
guidelines set out below:
WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!
Before use, check the appliance for visible external damage .
Do not use an appliance that has been damaged or dropped .
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or above
and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they
are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the
appliance and have understood the potential risks . Cleaning
and user maintenance tasks must not be carried out by children
unless they are aged 8 years or more and are supervised . The
appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from
children younger than 8 years old .
Do not allow children to play with the appliance .
All repairs must be carried out by authorised specialist compa-
nies or by the Customer Service department . Improper repairs
can pose significant risks to the user . They will also invalidate
any warranty claims .
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids .
Risk of electric shock!
Never touch the appliance with wet or moist hands .
Arrange for defective power plugs and/or cables to be re-
placed as soon as possible by a qualified technician or by our
Customer Service Department to avoid the risk of injury .
Risk of burns! Some parts can become very hot during use!
There is a risk of injury if the appliance is misused .
Never use the appliance for purposes other than those described
in these instructions .
Use the appliance only for the intended purpose . Risk of injury
if appliance is used incorrectly .
