LIQUID PROPANE (LP) GAS APPLIANCES

TROUBLESHOOTING THE FURNACE
PROBLEM
Furnace blows no air.
Furnace blows cold air only
after a three to four minute
delay.
Heats only when using an
external power source.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. Blown fuse.
2. Thermostat operation
malfunction procedures.
1. Out of liquid propane (LP)
gas.
2. Liquid propane (LP) gas
detector is not "ON".
3. Liquid propane (LP) gas is
not turned on.
4. Air in the liquid propane
(LP) gas lines.
1. Low coach battery.
CHECKS/SOLUTIONS
1. Replace 15AMP fuse at
converter.
2. Review furnace start up.
1. Refill the liquid propane
(LP) gas tank.
2. Turn liquid propane (LP) gas
detector to the "ON" position.
3.Open the liquid propane (LP)
gas valve.
4. Cycle the furnace "ON" and
"OFF" several times, waiting
45 seconds between cycles.
1. Check battery condition and
charge if necessary.
