Th is manual covers 2 models,
RS48-11D Serial Number range 12000 to 12948
& RS48-11DB serial number range RDB0001 to
RDB0033 inclusive for both.
Th e RS48-11DB is a basic version of the
RS48-11D, both models are identical with the
following exceptions.
Th e RS48-11DB has all components relating to the
Slicer/Spiker excluded.
Th e pages in this manual that cover the
Slicer/Spiker components are not applicable to
the RS48-11DB model, these are identifi ed with
an asterisk * next to the each page in the contents
list above and against each item detailed on the
following pages.
Should the owner wish to add the excluded Slicer/
Spiker components to the machine these are
available as a kit. Th e kit can be purchased through
your nearest dealer / Service agent.
