Maintenance
Do a check of the guide bar and the diamond chain.
Do a check of the vibration damping system.
Do a check of the keyway and the rim sprocket when you replace the diamond
chain.
To clean externally
CAUTION: Do not use a high-pressure
washer to clean the product.
Flush the product externally with clean water after
each day of operation. If it is necessary, use a brush.
To do a general inspection
Make sure that the nuts and screws on the product
are tightened.
Make sure that the cables on the product are not in a
position where they can become damaged.
Examine the electrical parts for damage. Do not
operate a product that has damaged electrical parts.
To do a check of the keyway and rim sprocket
Examine the keyway and the rim sprocket for wear.
If it is necessary, replace them.
To replace the rim sprocket
WARNING: Use protective gloves to prevent
injury from the diamond chain.
1. Loosen the bar nuts and remove the transmission
cover.

2. Remove the center screw (A) and the nut washer (B)
with the combination wrench.
3. Remove the rim sprocket (C).
4. Install the new rim sprocket (0.444") on the keyway
with 7 splines (D) on the product.
5. Install the nut washer, the center screw and the
transmission cover.
6. Install the transmission cover and tighten the bar
nuts by hand. Turn the chain tensioning screw
clockwise to tighten the diamond chain.
