Unscrew the adjusting bar nut anti-clockwise. Remove the "halfmoons", the cup guard, o-ring and the drive sprocket. -

ASSEMBLY Tightening the bar nut If the bar and chain tensioner handle feel loose, the bar nut must be tightened to achieve the correct tension moment in the nut.
