Before first Use

Unpack the polybag sealer and check it for any damage in transit. Dispose of
packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may
become a deadly toy for children.
The film rolls are sold separately and can be ordered under the article no.
87 76 96. It includes 3 x film rolls à 10 m, width approx. 30 cm and
thickness 0.025 mm.

Preparation

1. Completely unwind the power cord (9) from the cord storage (10) at the
bottom side of the unit. Guide the power cord through the notch. Connect
the power cord to a wall socket.
2. Place the polybag sealer on a level and solid surface.

Operating the Unit with the Pressure Switches

1. To seal the bags, first press on the right pressure switch (8a) and addition-
ally on the left pressure switch (8b).
2. For vacuum sealing the polybags, first press on the left pressure switch and
wait for a moment until the air is sucked from the bag. Finally press the on
the right pressure switch (8a) while the left switch is pressed.

Making the Bag

1. Open the lid (7) and pull some film from the roll (1). The end of the film
should protrude about 1 cm over the heating wire (4). Make sure the film
lies flat (without wrinkles) on the wire.
2. Close the lid and press it down with both hands (first on the right and then
on the left pressure switch).
3. Open the lid and pull out more film until the desired width of the bag is
achieved. Seal the end of the bag as described under point 2. Wait until the
control light

Inserting the Food

 Fill the food to be preserved into the bag. If you want to seal liquids inside
the bag, use a small bag (maximum 30 cm) and fill it only halfway.
Operation
