Installation Instructions for Models: HC1C100-06N & HGEN100-06N
1. Turn off all power supplying this equipment.
2. Confi rm device is rated for your system by comparing voltage specifi cations on the product label.
3. Install according to your specifi c installation using the diagrams below for examples.
4. Install in accordance with article 280 of the National Electric Code.
5. Confi rm that the electrtical terminals used to attach this device are identifi ed for these conductors.
6. Twist conductors 1/2 turn or more for every 12 inches of length.
7. Keep conductor length as short as possible with no sharp bends or kinks.
8. Do not loop or coil wires.
9. Ensure a high quality ground is in place.

Diagnostic Operation
•
LED ON = Normal operation
•
LED OFF (one or more) = Fault, check phase, check voltage & connections.
If OK, replace unit.
•
Audible Alarm ON = check phase
Important: Risk of electrical shock.
This device should only be installed by qualified personnel.
