FUNCTION
The tank must be
- Full of water before each
cooking.
- Emptied after each cookingIn
case of too hard water, it's better
to use no calcareous water.
The use of demineralised water
is misadvised.
The solenoid valve supplies the
generator with water
This switch operates as soon as
the door is open/closed.
The generator transforms water
into steam. It is made to receive
back the condensations at the
time of cooking.
Two security thermostats (KX1
and KX2), located underneath the
generator, protect against
overheating (T°C: 210°C).
During all cooking, the heating
cover is supplied in order to avoid
any risk of condensation. It covers
the top of the cavity. Its
temperature is close to 100°C. It
is protected by a thermal fuse.
