    2. INSTALLATION: 2.1. BUILT-IN: The oven has a high-performance air flow system which gives remarkable results as long as the following points are applied: - The oven may be fitted either underneath a work top or in a suitable sized column unit. - Cut a hole measuring 50 mm x 50 mm in the back wall for the electric cable to cross through (see diagram below).

    2.2. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION: The electrical connection must be accomplished by an electrician-installer. He must make sure that the oven has been joined up according to assembly instructions and local regulations. Being the oven live, the electronics activates interrupting the lighting for any seconds. In case of connection to a power socket, it must be accessible after the installation of the oven.

    4. FUNCTIONING: The water contained in a removable tank is brought by a solenoid valve on a heat generator where it is transformed into steam. The steam obtained is maintained in the oven cavity by closing a valve at the beginning of a cooking program.

    5. ANALISYS OF THE COOKING PROGRAMMES: Cooking is divided into 5 steps. Rise in the temperature and steam generation (Step 1) Immediately after starting, the valve, the tangential fan, the heater, the heating cover and the thermal activator are supplied. The steam generation is important in order to quickly obtain saturation in the cavity.

    6. AIR FLOW: During the cooking: - The tangential fan cools the electronics of the oven - The tangential fan conveys air to the back of the oven (1) - Then the air is conveyed to the electronic board in order to cool it (2). At the end of the cooking: - The presence of steam in the cavity is important - Three minutes before the end of the cooking the valve opens...

    9. TEST PROGRAM: 9.1. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: - Connect (if possible) an ammeter to oven power supply. - Entirely execute the test program. - Record discrepancies noticed as the test program is running - Next, check and replace if necessary the incriminated component(s). - Perform right-operation check by executing the test program again.
