CLEANING THE UNDERPLATE COMBUSTION CHAMBER
The combustion chamber must be cleaned every month.
1- Unscrew the two locking screws
2- Lift the cooking plate and remove the fl ue gas plate
3- Clean by vacuuming the ash accumulated inside the combustion chamber
4- After cleaning, repeat the reverse operation before lighting the stove

ATTENTION CRUSHING
Be careful when cleaning and repositioning the cast iron plate, make sure no
one is in the vicinity, especially in the area of the hinges and the upper and
lower extremities: risk of crushing injuries!
