MoNTAGEhANDLEiDiNG:
1. Maak de bodemvloer vrij. Verwijder het achterpaneel. Neem de zijpa-
nelen los en sla deze naar binnen. Demonteer de achterlichtunits.
Demonteer de bumper. Demonteer het bumperbinnenwerk inclusief de
steunen. Demonteer de steunen van het bumperbinnenwerk. Zie figuur
1. Zaag overeenkomstig figuur 1 het aangegeven deel uit.
2. Plaats de template overeenkomstig figuur 2 in het midden van de bum-
per en zaag het aangegeven deel uit.
3. Schuif de trekhaak met de steunen in het chassis. Bevestig t.p.v. de
punten A vier bouten M10x35 inclusief contraplaatjes en veerringen.
Bevestig t.p.v. de punt B één bout M10x35 inclusief sluitringen
25x10.5x4 en veerringen.
4. Monteer het bumperbinnenwerk d.m.v. vier bouten M8x25 inclusief sluit-
ringen en de originele moeren t.p.v. de punten C aan de trekhaak.
Herplaats de bumper inclusief het tempex vuldeel. Monteer de kogel-
stang d.m.v. twee bouten M12x70/26.2 inclusief stekkerplaat, sluitrin-
gen en zelfborgende moeren. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeen-
komstig de tabel vast en monteer het onder punt één verwijderde.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en

brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.
* Thule is niet aansprakelijk voor de schade die het direct of indirect
gevolg is van onjuiste montage, daaronder begrepen gebruik van niet-
geschikte gereedschappen en het gebruik van andere dan de voorge-
schreven montagewijze en middelen, dan wel onjuiste interpretatie van
dit onderhavig montagevoorschrift.

FiTTiNGiNsTRuCTioNs:
1. Clear the floorboard. Remove the back panel. Take off the side panels
and move them to the center. Disconnect the taillight units. Disconnect
the bumper. Remove the inner works of the bumper, including the sup-
ports. Remove the supports from inside the bumper inner work (fig. 1).
Saw out the portion as indicated in fig. 1.
2. Position the template as shown in fig. 2 in the middle of the bumper and
saw out the indicated portion.
3. Slide the towbar with supports into the chassis. At points A, attach four
M10X35 bolts including back plates and spring washers. At points B,
attach one M10x35 bolt including flat washers 25x10.5x4 and spring
washers.
4. Fit the inside of the bumper at points C on the towbar, using four M8x25
bolts including flat washers and the original nuts. Reattach the bumper,
including the tempex filler portion. Fit the ball hitch using two
M12x70/26.2 bolts including socket plate, flat washers, and self-locking
nuts. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table and
reattach those components removed in step one.
