TROUBLE SHOOTING

Should any trouble be found during operation, trace the source of the trouble in the following or der and take correcitve action.
Trouble phenomenon
Faulty operation
Leakage
Buzzing
Pilot valve is not operated.
Though pilot valve does shift,
main valve will not shift or
wilbe sluggish.
Burnt coil
Air leaks through EXH. port
[3(EB), 5(EA) port] of main
valve.
Air leaks throuth gasket.
Air leaks through EXH. Port
(PE port) of pilot valve
Abing continuous buzzing
sound is emitted when the
power is turned on.
Cause expected
Low line voltage
Faulty wiring
Blown fuse of disconnection lead wire
Poor contact at contactor wire or connection part
Broken coil wire
Foreign matter caughtin armature
Low pilot pressure
Swollen spool packing
Excessive supply oil amount
Intrusion of foreign matter
Wrong Pressure supplied X port. (In the case of
external pilot specification)
Higher voltage or wrong coil used
Coil splashed by water
Worn spool packing
Intrusion of foreign matter
Spool valve has not completely shifted.
Poor seal on actuator (cylinder, etc.) side
Insufficient bolt tightening
Worn pilot valve packing
Foreign matter caught in pilot valve packing
Foreign matter caught in core
Worn coil
Low line voltage
