Interpreting Control Module LEDs

Control modules have the following LEDs:
Between the serial port and the management port, three LEDs show the
control module status and whether the control module is active or secondary.
See Table 3-1 and callout 1 in Figure 3-1.
The management port has two built-in LEDs that show the management
interface status. See Table 3-2 and callout 2 in Figure 3-1.
Ethernet ports 0 and 1 each have two LEDs, labeled ACT and LNK, that show
the network interface status. See Table 3-2 and callout 3 in Figure 3-1.

Off
No power, secondary control module is not
synchronized with active control module, or error
condition.
Green
Active control module (serving network I/O).
Orange
Secondary control module. Cache is synchronized
with active control module.
Off
Normal operation or no power.
Red
Array is starting up or error condition.
Off
No power.
Green
Power.
