Joint Connector (H) will be installed in the back face of the top rail and also the bottom edge of the bottom Opposite face of rail on Stationary Side Assembly (J).
- Page 4 STEP 3 Assemble Footboard Assembly (M) to Stationary Side Assembly from Step 1. Use two (2) Allen Head Bolts (E) which will be installed into their receiving holes and then threaded into the metal threaded Assembly insert in Stationary Post Right (P). Follow the same from Step 1.
- Page 5 STEP 5 . A ttach Long Foot Assembly from Step 2 to the Assembly assembly from Step 4. Use a total of four (4) Allen from Step 4. Head Bolts (E) and follow the same process described in Step 3 to attach the Headboard Assembly (L) and Footboard Assembly (M) to metal threaded inserts in Foot Post Left (Q) and Foot Post Right (R).
- Page 6 STEP 7 Fill all empty holes to prevent finger entrapment of the child. There are a total of eight (8) empty holes at the two (2) extra adjustment levels for Spring (N). Use Allen Head Bolts (G) and Connector Nuts (I) to fill each hole.
- Page 7 Conversion To A Toddler Bed This Crib can be converted to a Toddler Bed for further use once it is no longer needed as a Crib. This can be accomplished by removing Allen Head Bolts (B) and Connector Nuts (H) which were installed during Step 2 to assemble the Long Foot Assembly section of the Crib.
- Page 8 Installing Guard Rail A Guard Rail can be purchased from Foundations ® added security. Follow the directions supplied with the purchased Guard Rail. Please note that Bolts (D) installed during Step 4 of the crib assembly may need to be loosened 2-3 revolutions to allow extra space during this process.

CAUTION • ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB SHALL BE AT LEAST 27 1/4 BY 51 5/8 IN. WITH A THICKNESS NOT EXCEEDING 6 IN. IF YOUR CRIB IS DESIGNED TO CONVERT TO A TODDLER BED, THE MATTRESS MUST BE AT LEAST 4 IN. (100 MM ) THICK. - Page 10 WARNINGS FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. WARNING Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. NEVER add a pillow or comforter. NEVER place additional padding under an infant. • Read all instructions before assembling crib. Keep instructions for future use. A pouch is attached to the crib for permanent storage of the instructional literature.
