In conjunction with any use in food and pharmaceutical applications, only use food oils fea-
turing the viscosity class HL 32.
Sound pressure level
NOTICE!
Hearing damage due to an increased sound pressure level
Depending on the operating conditions, the sound pressure of the device may cause hearing
damage.
Take suitable action to reduce the impact of the existing sound pressure level. The system
owner is responsible for the type and implementation of suitable measures, which may
depend on the local conditions.
Adhere to the following information concerning the operation of the agitator:
n
Check all compressed-air hoses and material hose lines for damage and a tight fit prior to
operation.
n
Adhere to official and internal hygiene regulations if necessary.
n
The rotational speed of the agitator impeller must not exceed 100 min-1 at 6 bar at idle speed
(factory setting).
n
Depending on the material, the most beneficial operational rotational speed is between 60
Ä Chapter 6.1 'Set rotational speed' on page 19).
and 80 min-1 (

Krautzberger recommends using a maintenance unit.
n
Ensure quiet run with low vibrations.
Requirements for the filter:
n
Filtering of liquid and solid contaminations up to 5 microns.
n
Adhere to the safety data sheets of the cleaning product manufacturer.
