Do not use the Foot Spa
·
if you have any pathological changes or lesions
affecting your feet (e.g. open wound, warts, fungus),
·
on animals,
·
for more than 30 minutes (risk of overheating)
or allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes before
using it again.
Seek medical advice before using your Foot Spa,
particularly
·
if you are not sure that the Foot Spa is suitable
for you,
·
if you suffer from a serious illness or if you have
undergone surgery on your feet,
·
if you wear a pacemaker,
·
if you are pregnant,
·
if you have diabetes or thromboses,
·
if you have a leg and/or foot condition (e.g. vari-
cose veins, phlebitis, open wound, inflammation,
area that has been burnt),
·
for any pain of unknown cause.
Never use this appliance if your feet are swollen
or inflamed or if you have a skin rash.
If you are concerned about your health, consult
a doctor before using this equipment.
If you experience any pain when using this equip-
ment, stop using it immediately and consult your
doctor.
This product is a non-professional massage
device designed to relax tired muscles. Do not
use this equipment as a replacement for medical
treatment.
Check the water temperature before use.
The device cannot be used to heat cold water.
You must fill the basin with water heated to the
temperature you require.
The appliance must be disconnected when filling
with water.
Do not leave the appliance in the open air for
too long. Use the packaging supplied to store
the appliance.
Using this appliance incorrectly or failing to
comply with these instructions could cause a fire!

In other words, the Foot Spa should never be used

unattended, especially when children are present,

under a cover or cushion,
·
close to petrol or other highly flammable substances.

or on a thick carpet, which could block the air vents.
Do not put the appliance in the shower tray, bath-
tub or sink when filling.
If the equipment is faulty or malfunctions, stop
and unplug it immediately.
Never plug the Foot Spa into the mains when you
already have your feet in the water. Damage to
the device could cause a potentially fatal elec-
tric shock.

USING THE FOOT SPA

Setting it up
1
Remove the packaging. Check that
the appliance, mains plug and cable
are not damaged in any way.

Put the appliance on a flat, stable, hard
surface with a non-slip mat along-
side it to avoid any risk of falling.

Fill the appliance up to the "MAX" level
with water heated to the required tem-
perature. Never fill above this level.

Check that the appliance is switched to
"off" before connecting to the mains.
Make sure too that your hands are not
wet and your feet are not in the water.

Sit on a chair and put your feet in the
water. Never stand up in the Foot Spa.
6
Press the function button (1) to activate
the massage. The vibration massage, spa
massage and water temperature control
will all start running at the same time.
