Blocking the shaft

To block the shaft, push tool (1) into
N
the holes (2) in the protector and the
thrust plate. To do so, rotate the
shaft until the shaft is blocked

Keep the supplement sheet for the
mowing head in a safe place.

Push the upper part (2) onto the
N
shaft (5), while inserting the internal
hexagon (7) onto the hexagon (6)
Place the cap (8) on the upper part
N
Hold the upper part (2) by hand
N
Turn cap (8) clockwise and tighten
N
by hand
Removing the mowing head
Hold the mowing head by hand
N
Turn the cap counterclockwise until
N
the cap can be removed
Remove mowing head
N

Keep the supplement sheet for the
mowing head in a safe place.
Place the mowing head (2) on the
N
shaft (3), while inserting the internal
hexagon (2) on the hexagon (4)
Hold the mowing head (2) by hand
N
Turn cap (1) clockwise and tighten
N
by hand.

Rotate the cap counterclockwise
N
until the mowing head can be
removed

Adding STIHL DuroCut 5-2
Keep the supplement sheet for the
mowing head in a safe place.
