4.2.5 Data Save
1) To save a measurement data click [File] -> [Save].

2) [Save As] window will be displayed.
3) Enter a file name. (a)
4) Select the format ("*.CSV" or "*.TXT") in which to save the file. (b)
5) Click [Save] to save data. (c)
If you do not want to save data, click [Cancel]. (d)
button on the tool bar or press F3 key.)
