My printer, an Epson WorkForce WF 7620 will not print. It stalled suddenly. The message that I get is Printer Error 0x97. The online instruction manual lists the problem as "Head Drive Circuit UB over-voltage error" and "Head FFC failure" and "Main Board Failure". Would the problem have anything to do with a need to change the Maintenance Box?

1. Open the scanner unit. The ink cartridge holder will move to the replacement position. 2. Do not move the cartridge holder by hand or lift the scanner unit when the document cover is open. 3. Open the ink cartridge cover. 4. Pinch and remove the black ink cartridge. 5. Insert the new cartridge securely in place. 6. Close the ink cartridge cover and scanner unit.
