19. Sample & Hold Phaser

This is the 'stepped' version of the basic PHASER algorithm. The LFO signal is a randomized step
waveform which gives a groovy and unpredictable stepping phaser sounds.
The Glissando parameter provides control over the smoothness of the steps.

The random nature of the step modulation waveform means this algorithms does not have
a steady tempo; therefore, even though you can set the speed via tap‐tempo or midi clock
you may not get the 'synced‐tempo' feel in the normal sense.
