ZWO provide 2 years warranty service for products. Within 2 years in the event of
failure we will provide you with free after-sales maintenance services.
After the 2-year warranty period, we provide maintenance services, charging for parts
that need to be repaired or replaced.
The warranty clause does not apply to any misuse, misuse, accidental fall, or logistics
and other human actions that cause damage to the device.
Items for warranty service should be returned via the place of original purchase. The
postage for the return of repaired equipment shall be borne by the buyer/dealer.
