Quick Start Guide to Imaging

The main aim of ASIAIR is to simplify the complicated process of astrophotography. In
order to get you started quicker we have prepared the following Quick Start Guide to
Imaging.
First, let us understand the general shooting process in the deep space field (assum-
ing that the equipment has been setup)This does not include post-processing):
1.Focus main scope and guidescopes
2.Polar Alignment
3.Select the Mount and GoTo
With the ASIAIR we can divide this guide into three major steps：
1.Focusing
① Open the ASIAIR App, select "Main Camera Settings" in the top device
setting area, and connect.
② Switch to "Focus" mode, touch the "Start" button, view the real-time
refreshed image and adjust the focus until the star is roughly in focus .
4.Preview the image
5.Guiding
6.Setup the plan shooting schedule
