1. Open Base Cover and slides Base Filler Support (C) into top flange of Cover.
2. Secure in place with 2 Screws (D).
Note: The Filler should fit tight against Cover.
3. Close Cover and slide Bottom Brace from adjacent Base Cover, so it captures the
bottom of the Filler.
