Manual Mode Manually select the required temperature, time, stirring or chopping function. Select the setting you wish to alter and use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust the setting. Hints & Tips The temperature is fixed at 100°C and speed options cannot be selected. The cooking times are a guide only. Always check that food is thoroughly cooked before eating. If your food is not cooked enough, reset the time. You may need to top up with water. Leave gaps between pieces of food and do not layer the food in the basket or tray.
